About us
HomeAccess America is a modular housing company based in Arizona, focused on creating beautiful, durable, and truly affordable home communities. Homes are engineered to U.S. building codes and assembled on your site by trained U.S. contractors and licensed professionals, creating local jobs and long‑term community value.

How it Works
Instead of traditional wood framing, our homes use insulated precast panels and advanced modular construction methods to create strong, energy‑efficient shells. Structural components are precision‑built in a controlled factory environment, then shipped and assembled on prepared foundations.
Every home is:
Assembled on your site by trained U.S. contractors – your GC, a HomeAccess‑trained builder, or our in‑house installation team.
Backed by rigorous quality inspections of the home assembly, a 12‑month product warranty on the home, and ongoing HomeAccess support.
Coordinated to sit on foundations provided by your local GC or site contractor.
Designed and engineered to meet U.S. codes and local AHJ requirements
The result: faster delivery, higher quality, and more resilient homes than typical stick‑built construction.

We provide modular home packages and full delivery/assembly support so you can stand up 4–100+ units per site faster, with predictable costs and a repeatable playbook.
We co‑design modular communities for infill sites, surplus public land, and new developments—aligning with your affordability, resilience, and equity goals.
We offer real‑asset‑backed opportunities in modular affordable communities, with transparent unit economics, compressed construction timelines, and measurable social impact.
HomeAccess manages design coordination, factory production, shipping, site coordination, on‑site assembly, and quality assurance—so you don’t have to build a supply chain from scratch.
We provide clear budgets that show product, logistics, and assembly per unit and per project, reducing surprises and making underwriting easier.
Factory production runs in parallel with site work, enabling timelines as short as 8–10 weeks from purchase order to final inspection for smaller communities once permits and foundations are ready.
Faster delivery means earlier lease‑up or sales, lower interest carry and general conditions, and less exposure to material and labor cost swings.
Our insulated panel system is designed for strength, comfort, and efficiency, delivering quieter, more durable homes that can reduce heating and cooling loads versus typical wood‑framed construction.
HomeAccess centers equity, job creation, and wealth‑building in every community, making each project both a financial and social return opportunity.
Delivery
Traditional site‑built projects can take many months or years to move from plans to occupancy, tying up capital and increasing risk. With HomeAccess, factory production and site work happen in parallel:
This combination of predictable costs and compressed timelines creates a strong financial advantage for developers and investors.
Engagement
To move from concept to a formal proposal with site‑specific pricing and timelines, HomeAccess requires a $7,500 non‑refundable engagement deposit.
This ensures we are working with serious partners and covers:
The engagement deposit is credited toward the project upon execution of a purchase order.
Investor
HomeAccess offers investors exposure to real assets—land + modular units—with the scalability and speed of off‑site construction.
Capital can support land acquisition, predevelopment, and unit + installation costs for small‑to‑mid‑scale communities in high‑demand markets.
